Job type: Senior Hair Stylist – Blow dry & styling bar

Schedule: Casual or Part-time – Contract

Salary: $25-$35 per hour (depending on experience) + Super, tips & commission

We are looking for a creative Stylist, who can deliver a tailored salon blow-dry with sophistication. The candidate must be fully competent in delivering styled & finished results on all hair types 1-4C.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent client service and ensuring a smooth and seamless operation of the client’s experience while also maintaining the professional and luxury image of the brand.

Ideal candidate is: Self-motivated, organised, a great communicator, a team player, enthusiastic, people-orientated, well presented, and passionate about hair & beauty.

  • Possess Certificate 3 in hairdressing or the overseas equivalent

  • Must have at least 3 years experience in a similar role

  • RSA certificate required

  • Excellent prioritisation skills and high attention to detail

  • Reflect a mature and professional attitude 

  • Demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalised customer service

  • Specialise in event styling & the art of dressing hair; creating bespoke looks perfectly fitted for specific hair types, face shapes and personalities

  • Ability to stay ahead of hair & beauty trends and continually strive to grow

  • Consulting clients and advising them of home hair care needs

  • Provide recommendations for products to clients at the salon

  • Seek ways to increase customers satisfaction and loyalty
